Room Leader

My name is Charlotte, and I’ve been working in childcare for over 10 years. From a young age, I always knew I wanted to work with children. As the eldest in a large family, I naturally took on the role of carer - entertaining, nurturing, and watching my younger sibling and cousins grow. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion for supporting children's development.

I hold both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Childcare, which I thoroughly enjoyed completing. They gave me valuable knowledge and practical experience that I continue to build on. I’ve studied for a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Autism, which has deepened my understanding of neurodiversity and inclusive care.

I take great pride in my work. I believe that every child deserves to be cared for in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can thrive and feel valued. In January of this year, I joined Monkey Puzzle, and it’s been an incredible step forward in my career. I’m excited to continue growing within the company and look forward to what the rest of the year will bring.
