Deputy Room Leader

My name is Kisha and I’ve been working in childcare for over 3 years, driven by a genuine love for helping children grow, learn, and explore their world. From a young age, I knew I wanted to work with children, their energy, curiosity, and honesty are things I’ve always admired. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings and working with different ages too. Each experience has deepened my understanding of child development and the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.

What I love most about working in childcare is the opportunity to play a positive role in a child’s early years. Whether I’m planning creative learning activities, helping a child navigate their emotions, or simply being a comforting presence, I take pride in creating a warm, structured, and inclusive environment where every child feels safe and supported. Being a part of a child’s journey even in the smallest ways is something I find incredibly meaningful. It's more than a job and I’m grateful to do what I love every day.
