Upon completing my university education in 2019 with a BA in Early Childhood Education and Care, I have gained extensive experience in the Early Years sector, serving as a Practitioner, Room Leader, SENCO, Forest School Lead, and a member of the Management Team.

As an individual with care experience, I understand the transformative influence of an empathetic and passionate practitioner on young children. I am wholeheartedly committed to delivering positive learning experiences and care for all children, particularly those who have encountered additional challenges. This commitment has driven me to qualify as a Level 3 SENCO, and I am dedicated to delivering inclusive provision.

I strive to empower my team with the knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional, inclusive, and enjoyable experiences for all children, visitors, and staff within our nursery.
