Key Practitioner
About Me:
I've had experience working with children in early years for a couple of years. At first, I started working as a volunteer before deciding to study my level two qualification. I've always been interested in supporting every learner and always wanted to guide them with the learning skills they need to fulfil their potential. Before I decided to study early years, there has always been an interest in how children learn during the moment and how these changes occur for pupils at different ages and stages.
I've always felt children need to be modelled and encouraged, and that they participate in activities. It's crucial that students can use this as a platform to create, explore and use their imagination regardless of their environment. I believe pupils will learn gradually, and that this process takes time. I've always had a positive work ethic in the early years. For me, working in the early years has truly been something that I'm passionate about.
