Acting Deputy Room Leader

Hello! My name is Tas, and I joined Monkey Puzzle in February 2025 as a Key Practitioner in the Discoverers classroom, working with children aged 2 to 3 years. More recently, I was given the opportunity to step up as Acting Deputy Room Leader, a role that allows me to further support the team and contribute to the smooth running of the room. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and am currently working towards my Level 5 to continue building my professional knowledge and skills. With over five years of hands-on experience in early years education, I am passionate about promoting children’s development through purposeful, play-based learning that encourages independence, creativity, and curiosity.

In my current role, I support with planning and implementing engaging learning experiences, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding, and working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment. I value building strong relationships with children and families alike, as I believe this partnership is essential to achieving the best outcomes for every child. I am grateful for the opportunity to step into this leadership position and look forward to continuing my professional development while contributing to the success and growth of both the children in my care and the wider Monkey Puzzle team.
